I wanted to share a simple essential oil blend recipe for self-reflection using Clary Sage and other oils that support inner peace and clarity:

Self-Reflection Essential Oil Blend

• 5 drops Clary Sage

• 4 drops Frankincense

• 3 drops Sandalwood

• 3 drops Lavender

• 2 drops Bergamot

• Apply to your wrists, neck, or pulse points before meditating or journaling.

3. Inhalation:

• Put a drop of the blend on your palms, rub them together, and inhale deeply to clear your mind and center your thoughts.
