June- Week 4 – Journal Prompt – Stress

For this month’s journal entry, we are conducting a thorough review of what we’ve learned this week and over the past month.

We’ll be applying these insights throughout the week and noting any changes we plan to implement going forward. Now is an ideal time for self-evaluation, as the end of the month provides an opportunity to identify and release sources of stress.

Take a moment to reflect on the tools and strategies that have been helpful, and create a list of five changes you intend to make. Then, develop an action plan to implement these changes.
