Let’s dive into Stress Management, We are going to take this week to really look into our stressors and take note that if we are aware of our triggers and how we handle them when they arise.
Monday: Answer the journal prompt
Tuesday- Thursday: Dig a little deeper: start to take note though out your day, everyday of times you feel stressed. Make a list in your journal.
Friday Re-analyze your answer on Monday and take notice on anything you feel is different after your self analysis. Make notes from what you have learned this week that you can use that will help reduce your stress in these areas.
