Use these reflections to identify one or two small adjustments you could make to start supporting these areas. Maybe it’s adding a daily walk to your routine, trying a new essential oil blend to lift your mood, or setting aside time each evening for a relaxing tea ritual.

By the end of the week, you’ll have a clearer sense of where you’d like to focus your energy and what shifts will best support your journey to holistic wellness.
