Hey everyone! We’re about to kick off August with a focus on mindfulness. Throughout the month, we’ll explore what mindfulness is and how it can enrich our lives.

Monthly Focus:

Mondays: Starting the Week Off Right

Every Monday, we begin with a journal prompt for the week and set a weekly goal. Setting goals helps to orient our minds and gives us something to aim for.

Tuesdays: Gifts

Every 1st Tuesday We send out our monthly gifts to our paid membership tiers.
